Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping cost will be estimated at checkout for all non-kennel related items.

For all kennel orders we will contact you to discuss shipping or delivery options. Please note we personally deliver to Texas and Oklahoma only. A delivery fee will be added to the order for all local deliveries. Shipping outside of these two states will cost premium shipping to outsource a trucking company to ship your item.  

We only accept returns of broken or damaged items that occurred during shipping. We are not responsible for mishandled items that result in damage from improper installation or setup. Photo verification with a time stamp of delivery will be needed to verify damage during shipping. If the photo timestamp is outside of the estimated delivery date we will not allow returns or a refund.
